Exchange Policy
- Thank you for considering purchasing from our clothing brand. While we cannot accept returns, we do offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

- Exchange is only applicable when the Product received is damaged, Size mismatched, or Wrong product.
- Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Exchange Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Product & brand should match
- If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is a result of our error (i.e receiving the wrong item).
- Sale items and personalized/customized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- If the product received by you is damaged, we will exchange the damaged product, if informed within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Only after receiving the product and quality check, the Exchange process will be initiated.
- If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the exchange procedure will not be initiated further.
- NOTE : Please be noted that the shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
